For over 20 years, I've navigated the high-stakes world of the defense industry as an Senior Engineering Lead and Technical Program Manager. I lived in the heart of the "masculine" logic, where success is measured by precision, relentless output, and the ability to perform under extreme pressure.
I founded SIIKA Herb and Honey Co. as my own recalibration. I built SIIKA Consulting because I realized that female leaders shouldn't have to choose between their ambitions and their personal well-being. We deserve presence over performance, influence over insistence, and pleasure over pressure.
